The Chartered Institute of Credit Management has a complex and content rich site, the organisation wanted to improve the most searched area of the site, qualifications. The qualifications section of the site needed to host more information but also needed to be more prominent and easy to navigate.
To achieve this we decided to seperate this section (technically) from the main website giving us the flexibility to design and build something that fits perfectly.
This allows the two sections (qualifications.cicm.com and www.cicm.com) to work completely independently, if one has high traffic, it doesn't effect the other, and vice versa. However from the perspective of the user the two sites feel seemless.
Focusing on speed, responsiveness and ease of use, we were able to incorporate dynamically generated course pages, infographics, search features, and a new layout to make it easier to navigate around the various courses. The site feels snappy, clean, and is a pleasure to use, see for yourself, we hope you like it.
